Rhyolite

Rhyolite is a common acidic volcanic rock with fine texture and light colors such as gray, pink, or pale purple. Similar in composition to granite, it is rich in quartz and feldspar, with a Mohs hardness of 6–7 and compressive strength of 100–200 MPa. Widely used in construction and stone processing, coarse rhyolite with less distinct patterns can be crushed and screened into high-quality concrete aggregate and road base material, where its hardness and wear resistance improve durability.

The Rhyolite crushing process is divided into three stages:

Primary crushing stage

using jaw crusher,The large pieces of raw rock are crushed into smaller pieces suitable for feeding into the secondary crusher

Secondary crushing stage

using impact crusher or cone crusher,The material is further crushed to the required particle size; impact crushers utilize impact crushing, while cone crushers utilize compression crushing.
