Marble

Marble is a metamorphic rock formed from limestone or dolomite through metamorphism under high temperature and pressure in the Earth's crust. Its main component is calcium carbonate. It is hard, easy to process, wear-resistant, and heat-resistant. Through crushing and sand-making equipment, marble blocks or waste materials can be processed into high-quality manufactured sand and gravel, achieving resource recycling.

The marble crushing process is divided into two stages:

Primary Crushing

A big marble raw material are crushed into smaller pieces using a primary jaw crusher.

Secondary to Tertiary Crushing

Secondary crushers, such as impact crushers and cone crushers, are used to further reduce the particle size to a size suitable for grinding mills, such as 15-50mm.

Grinding

Packaging

The purpose is to process large blocks of marble into powder or aggregate of the desired particle size.
